This Refund Policy applies to all workshops, training programs, seminars, bootcamps, and internship opportunity programs conducted by CountryEdu Pvt Ltd.

By registering for any workshop or program, participants agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below.

2. Nature of the Program

Our workshops are educational and skill-development programs designed to provide:

• Assignments and evaluation tasks
• Internship opportunities based on performance
• Mentorship and practical exposure

3. Internship Selection Criteria

• Assignment quality and completion
• Workshop participation and attendance
• Technical/non-technical skills demonstrated
• Communication and professionalism
• Performance in assessments/interviews

The final decision regarding internship selection will remain with CountryEdu Pvt Ltd.

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible Cases:

• The workshop is canceled by the company.
• Duplicate payment is made accidentally.
• Technical/payment failure occurs from our side.

Non-Eligible Cases:

• Non-selection for internship opportunities.
• Failure to complete assignments or evaluations.
• Poor performance during assessments/interviews.
• Lack of attendance or participation.
• Change of interest after registration.
• Internet/device/software issues from participant side.
• Violation of workshop rules or misconduct.

5. Refund Conditions

• Assignments must be submitted before deadlines.
• Minimum attendance criteria must be maintained.
• Evaluation and interview process must be completed properly.
• Refund claims based solely on “non-selection” will not be accepted.

6. Refund Request Process

Participants requesting refunds must provide:

• Full Name
• Registered Email/Phone Number
• Payment Receipt / Transaction ID
• Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted through the official support channel within 7 days of registration.

7. Refund Review & Approval

All refund requests are reviewed individually after verification. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

CountryEdu Pvt Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on policy compliance.

8. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

Payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.

9. Code of Conduct & Disqualification

• Misconduct
• Plagiarism
• Abusive behavior
• Fake submissions
• Misrepresentation

Such activities may result in disqualification from internship opportunities and refund eligibility.

10. Modification of Policy

CountryEdu Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
